How long do the workout sessions take?
Most workout sessions last between 40-60 minutes depending on what part of the body you are working on. since our workouts are "on demand" you actually get to control your schedule on when you complete the workouts. most participants workout 3-5 times a week.
Do I have to workout in a gym?
Nope, We have plans for both in gym, and at home. We even have at home plans where you don't need equipment, though bands at a minimum would definitely be recommended.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We require a 3 month commitment.
Do you offer a free trial?
unfortunately no. free trials do not yield enough results to show you the value of the program, or the potential weight-loss you can experience.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Due to the highly individualized nature of your programming, and the business in general, once you have paid for the service, there are no refunds offered for any reason. you will lose weight, if you follow the program, but results can not be guaranteed because its up to the individual on how much effort they put into the program.
What if I don't like a meal on the plan?
No worries! one great thing about the meal plan is that you are able to swap any meals that you do not like. even better, the meal recommendations are still based on your macros, so it takes the guess work out of it!
