Member Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to igKNIGHT Transformations! We're excited to have you on board and support you on your journey towards achieving your weight loss goals. To ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all program members, we have established the following rules and guidelines:
1. Commitment to Personal Goals:

Set clear and realistic weight loss goals that are in line with your overall health and well- being.

Stay motivated and dedicated throughout the program, even during challenging times. Be open to trying new strategies and approaches recommended by our experts.
2. Attendance and Participation:

Attend scheduled program meetings, workshops, and activities to make the most of your membership.

Actively participate in discussions, ask questions, and share your experiences to benefit both yourself and others.

Notify your coach in advance if you are unable to attend a session.
3. Respect and Support:

Treat fellow program members, staff, and guests with respect and kindness.

Offer support and encouragement to others on their weight loss journey.

5. Dietary Choices:

Follow the provided nutritional guidelines, which may include portion control, balanced meal planning, and healthy food choices. - Consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian for personalized dietary needs.

Be mindful of your dietary choices outside the program and make conscious efforts to maintain healthy eating habits.
6. Physical Activity:

Engage in regular physical activity as recommended by the program or a healthcare professional.

Choose activities that align with your interests and physical capabilities.

Start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts to avoid injury.
7. Accountability and Tracking:

Keep a record of your food intake, exercise routines, and progress towards your weight loss goals.

Utilize the program-provided tools, such as food diaries, activity trackers, or mobile applications, to track your progress.

Seek guidance from your coach or designated experts regarding any concerns or questions you may have.

Do not hesitate to reach out for support when facing challenges or experiencing setbacks.

Coaches participating in this program are not currently licensed or certified professionals and can only provide guidance to the best of their ability, with no guarantee of specific outcomes or results.

2. Availability:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

During these hours, you can reach out to your coaches for general inquiries, scheduling appointments, and obtaining support. Afterhours, the coaches will do their best to respond back in a timely manner.

Please note that the coach's availability is on business days only (Monday to Friday, Weekends are by appointment only.

Coaches will respond as quickly as they can, but can not guarantee that a response will be received on the same business day.
3. Coach Consultation:

If you would like to schedule a consultation with a coach, please message your coach in the app directly, or email mknightsocial@gmail.com. Your coach will do their best to accommodate your schedule for your consultation.
4. Weekend Availability:
-
From Friday after 5:00 PM to Monday at 9:00 AM, availability will be by appointment only.

If you require assistance or have an urgent matter during weekends, please contact your coach via the app, and they will respond as soon as they can.
We strive to provide prompt and effective support to all program members. Please keep in mind that response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries and the availability of coaches. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Remember, we are here to help you succeed in your weight loss goals. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance, don't hesitate to contact a coach during business. Please note, we are not medical professionals, if you are seeking medical advice, please contact your doctor.
Member Agreement, and Cancellation Policy
By participating in igKNIGHT Transformations, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in this document. I understand that these rules and guidelines are in place to ensure a positive and effective experience for all program members. I commit to upholding these standards and making the necessary efforts to achieve my weight loss goals.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that my time availability is an important factor in the success of this program. I understand that dedicating sufficient time to attend meetings, workshops, engage in physical activity, and follow the recommended guidelines is essential. I will make every effort to allocate the necessary time and prioritize my participation in the program accordingly.

I also understand that the nutritional guidelines provided by the program are aimed at promoting healthy eating habits and supporting weight loss. I agree to follow these guidelines to the best of my ability, seeking personalized advice from healthcare professionals when needed.

I accept responsibility for my own progress and will actively track my food intake, exercise routines, and progress towards my weight loss goals. I understand that regular monitoring and accountability are crucial for achieving success in this program.

I acknowledge that the program offers general guidance and support, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. I agree to consult with healthcare professionals as needed, and I understand that the coaches or designated experts can only provide guidance within their Scope of Practice.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that I decide to cancel my participation with igKNIGHT Transformations Weight Loss Program, I understand and agree to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your coach.

No refunds are offered for the current month, or months purchased in advance.

Must pay the remaining commitment period months. (For example; if you are on a 3 month commitment, and you are currently on month 2, you must pay the 3rd month at the time of cancelation.)
Voluntary Commitment and Liability
I acknowledge and understand that participation with igKNIGHT Transformations is entirely voluntary. I have chosen to enroll in this program and commit to following the guidelines and recommendations provided. I understand that the program offers guidance and support, but the ultimate responsibility for my health, well-being, and outcomes rests
Furthermore, I understand and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Commitment:

I voluntarily participate in the program and acknowledge that my progress depends on my dedication, effort, and adherence to the program guidelines.

I have the freedom to modify or discontinue any aspect of the program if I believe it is not suitable for me, provided that I consult with healthcare professionals when necessary.
2. Individual Responsibility:

I acknowledge that the coaches and program staff are not responsible for my individual actions, decisions, or their outcomes regarding my weight loss journey.

I take full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or health issues that may arise during my participation in the program.

I will consult with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure my safety and well-being while engaging in physical activities or making dietary changes.
3. Liability Disclaimer:

I understand and accept that the coaches, program coordinators, and any affiliated individuals associated with igKNIGHT Transformations are not liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse outcomes that may occur during my participation.

I release the program and its representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to my participation in the program or its activities.
Chat Service Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms

This Chat Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the chat services provided by igKNIGHT Transformations ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our chat services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in any chat services offered.
2. Confidentiality
All chats initiated by igKNIGHT Transformations, whether conducted on chat apps including but not limited to Telegram, Marco Polo, Facebook, or any other application used specifically for communication for members of igKNIGHT Transformations are private and confidential. They are intended exclusively for the benefit of current members of the igKNIGHT Transformations program ("Members") These chats may include discussions, information, advice, and content related to igKNIGHT Transformations services, programs, and resources. You are expressly prohibited from sharing the contents of these chats outside of the specific chat without obtaining express written permission from a coach or the original creator of the content.
3. Use of Chat Services

Eligibility: You must be a registered Member of igKNIGHT Transformations to access and use our chat services. By becoming a Member, you agree to be bound by our Membership Agreement.

Access: We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to access and use our chat services solely for your personal use and in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

Use the chat services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Share the contents of the chat with anyone outside of the specific chat without express written permission

Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the chat services or
-
Harass, defame, or harm other Members or coaches through the chat services.

Use the chat services to promote or engage in spam, phishing, or any other unauthorized
-

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the chat services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided within the chat services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and documents, are the property of igKNIGHT Transformations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on these materials without our express written permission.
5. Privacy

Your use of the chat services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the chat services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the chat services. Your continued use of the chat services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By using our chat services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue the use of our chat services.
Scope of Practice
1. Assessment and Goal Setting:

The Coach will conduct an initial assessment of the Client's current health status, weight loss goals, and any relevant medical history through digital communication channels.
2. Personalized Weight Loss Plan:

The Coach will design a personalized weight loss program for the Client, including dietary recommendations, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications, tailored to the Client's individual needs and preferences.
3. Online Communication:
-
The Coach will maintain regular communication with the Client through virtual meetings, emails, or other agreed-upon online platforms to provide guidance, answer questions, and monitor progress.
4. Nutritional Guidance:
-
The Coach will offer nutritional advice, meal planning assistance, and support to help the Client make informed choices regarding their diet.
5. Progress Tracking:
-
The Coach will monitor the Client's progress through regular check-ins, progress photos, and adjustments to the weight loss plan as needed.
Code of Conduct
1. Client Confidentiality:

The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose personal details without the express consent of the Client.
2. Professionalism:
-
The Coach will conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing accurate and evidence-based information to the best of their knowledge.
3. Client Well-being:
-
The Coach will prioritize the Client's health and safety, and will advise the Client to seek professional medical advice for any pre-existing conditions or concerns.
4. Scope Limitations:
-
The Coach will recognize the limitations of online coaching and advise the Client to seek in-person guidance for any specific needs beyond the scope of online coaching.
5. Code of Ethics:

The Coach will adhere to ethical standards, including promoting a positive and supportive environment, respecting diversity, and avoiding any practices that may harm the physical or mental well-being of the Client.
Confidentiality Policy
At igKNIGHT Transformations, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for all information shared within our weight-loss program. This policy outlines our commitment to protecting your privacy and the conditions under which confidentially may be legally breached.
1. Confidentiality Commitment:

All personal information, communications, and records shared between clients and the coaches, or representatives of igKNIGHT Transformations will remain strictly confidential.

Information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit written consent.
2. Exceptions to Confidentiality:
Despite our commitment to confidentiality, there are specific circumstances under which we are legally obligated to breach confidentiality:

If a client discloses intentions or plans to harm themselves or others.

If there is any indication of a person being in imminent danger.
-
If there is disclosure of involvement in illegal activities or plans for illegal activities.
-
If a court ordered document is provided.
3. Client Consent:

Outside of the above exceptions, any release of information will only occur with the client's informed and written consent.
By participating in igKNIGHT Transformations, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this confidentiality policy.
Disclaimer: The coaches are not licensed medical professionals. The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client is encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any weight loss program.
By participating in igKNIGHT Transformations Weight-loss Program, I indicate my understanding of, and agreement with all the terms laid out within this document.
